We offer a fully comprehensive service, so we always prefer to measure the areas ourselves as we can check other factors such as subfloor condition, door clearances, any specific preparation requirements, the amount of work involved in removing and taking your old flooring away etc. So please allow us to visit the property before asking for a quote or a showroom appointment. In cases where a buyer of a new build property would like a rough idea of costing before access is allowed by the builders, we are happy to provide provisional quotes based upon floor plans.
To keep costs down (and therefore our prices) the showroom is not permanently manned, so please don’t turn up without an appointment, as there might be nobody there to let you in!
